I have a training camp coming up in about two weeks for my provincial team and i desperately need to get faster i have great talent,ball control skill, shooting,vision and creativity but i know in american socer you need size and if you dont have that then you need speed and i dont have those two so help

I too share the same problem, i am a small person and have trouble running but when i tried out for track&field and i needed to get my speed up so in order to make your times better you must engage in a better running plan.
I too am a long distance running by the way.
To drop those times and get into great running shape this is what you need to do….
-core-work
-long runs
-sprints
-V02 workouts
-proper diet and vitamins
and the will to believe in your self that you can drop your times very low.
I dropped my 1500 time to 4:59 Flat from 6:15 so hard work does pay off…Work hard and don’t give up…YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!

Just run everyday… i run 10 laps a day and after that when i play soccer, i feel like i can run forever and that means you can run faster cause you have better stamina….
