looking for something creative thats not the same ol’ "learn about a country" theme.

I would ask if they are learning the life skills they will need to live as an adult in the real world. Consider how to go from that, like things to know about getting an apartment, how to shop for a car, keeping a budget, getting a job, having the discipline for work and family, how to have a positive attitude when things aren’t going well, etc.
